I d/ced and something happened

My charater either got banned or my charter is lost. :( i want my charter back :( so sad ;( i try to use him
i can get in the charter like when i enter my pin it loads but then instant d/c me and says an error

Please take a screen shot of your error code :) Make sure you have disabled your anti virus
