Did my charater get baned

Bobby did it get baned i cant play him i also wrote something like this in the d/c part

I've tried unban command on you , please re-try entering game , if error continues . Post a SS of the error .

error code : 38 (Reached end of file.)
When i click ok. (ima rephrase what it says)
Tell what happened and when it crashed and nexon will reply. i didnt send it because its private ms.
So im guessing u lost my charater file? :(
